Projects
Eight of them you can use or run today — one is still in build, and one is not yet hosted. Every number here came out of the code.
10projects, each one solving something I ran into
6languages across them: TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, Rust, SQL
0of them a tutorial build — each runs against a real database
01Healthcare Where the medicine is.
VoxtarA caller talks to a voice agent, which records vocal and cough samples. pyzheimer turns them into acoustic biomarkers — 11 feature extractors, 5 clinical models — and results stream back to the clinician console.AuraHealthTriage and payment cleared before the patient reaches the desk. A voice agent routes the case, Gemini writes the differentials for the receiving doctor, and Interswitch holds the money in escrow until treatment is done.
02Education Where the exams are.
CoursifiedOpen videos in, verified learning out. An 8-step pipeline turns a public YouTube video into modules, quizzes and a verifiable certificate in about two minutes for about three and a half cents. The teacher keeps their views.MB3 PrepbotA daily drill for the exam I was sitting. Questions are drawn weighted by how many independent papers asked them, damped and randomised, with a 120-day cooldown so nothing repeats too soon.HypatiaLearn a new field through one you already understand. The first week of anything is the hard one, when nothing connects to what you already know.
03AI and infrastructure The layer the rest runs on.
VectorlessRetrieval that reasons over document structure instead of embeddings. An agentic loop reads the table of contents, opens the pages it needs, and commits to the ones it cites. No chunking, no top-K, no vector database.NotebookLM, self-hostedMost “build a NotebookLM clone” tutorials ship 200 lines that break in front of a real user. One Hono app serves both the web app and a native desktop build — the only difference is Neon versus an embedded Postgres.BridgeHookWebhook observability with nothing to install — a public URL forwards Stripe or GitHub to your localhost because the browser tab is the tunnel agent. The stream is held in a Cloudflare Durable Object, which is what makes it free to leave open.MercalaAn online store you run by talking to it. Merchants add stock by chat; shoppers search by occasion rather than SKU. Hybrid search with no Elasticsearch — BM25 and vectors in Postgres, fused.TetherKnow where your things are. Every item gets a scannable tag and lending is a scan between two phones. The backend has zero dependencies — Bun’s own primitives instead of a framework.
Pick the one your week needs.
Every claim above links to the page that measures it. Where a number does not exist yet, that page says so instead of estimating.
